the effectiveness of cultural diplomacy in the context of growing digital threats is considered. The article analyses the prospects for the development of cultural diplomacy, including the integration of cultural diplomacy into the foreign policy of the state, the development of international partnerships and the exchange of experience, as well as forecasting development in the context of global trends. The author emphasises the need to develop national programmes that take into account the specifics of national culture, historical context and current global trends. It is noted that the active participation of diplomatic missions and consulates is one of the key elements of successful implementation of cultural initiatives abroad.
