摘要

为了探究心理契约对电子商务企业员工工作绩效的影响机制,基于社会交换理论和自我决定理论,构建了心理契约、工作敬业度和工作绩效的理论模型。利用 Smart PLS 4 软件对浙江杭州、温州和义乌三地 408 名电商企业员工的问卷进行实证分析,发现心理契约对电商企业员工的工作绩效有显著的正向影响,而工作投入程度在心理契约和工作绩效之间起到部分中介作用。电子商务企业需要提高员工对心理契约履行的满意度,从而最终提高员工的工作投入度,实现提高员工工作绩效的最终目标。
