导言和目的：专业精神是护士在医院开展护理工作的一项义务，而专业精神则来自于持续专业发展（CPD）。本研究旨在回顾持续专业发展在护理实践中的益处：本文是一篇文献综述，使用了多个数据库，即 Scopus、PubMed 和 Science Direct。文章搜索关键词为 /MeSh "[持续专业发展]" OR "[持续专业发展] AND "[持续专业发展]"。OR "[CPD] AND "[Nursing]"AND [Professional].Result：根据搜索结果，共找到 9 篇文章，其中混合方法 2 篇，定性 2 篇，定量 5 篇：持续专业发展对护士的知识、技能、工作稳定性、患者安全和护理质量都有影响。
