The psychosocial safety climate was tested as a moderating variable on wellbeing and performance. The research was conducted in the primary education public sector in Pakistan using a total sample size of 244. The study used the quantitative research design while employing SPSS for the descriptive analysis and Smart PLS for the structural equation modeling. The findings revealed that high involving human resource practices are vital in achieving higher levels of wellbeing, particularly in public sector schools. The study revealed that the psychosocial safety climate positively moderates the relationship between wellbeing and performance. Further, this research could also influence the model's application in other industries.
