Anxiety can be characterised by tension, uneasiness, and bodily manifestations like panic attacks and insomnia. This study investigates how parents emotion stability, family economic position, and parenting methods affect teenage anxiety. According to research, understanding and supporting parents greatly lowers childrens anxiety levels, whereas having strict or overly protective parents raises them. Furthermore, self-esteem and self-concept significantly influence social anxiety. Gender differences are evident, as females typically experience higher anxiety than males. The implication of the results is that there should be a focus on anxiety among adolescent females. The study suggestss promoting positive parent-child communication, encouraging adolescents to develop hobbies and engage in social interactions, and ensuring parents maintain emotional stability.
