Their main goal was to improve delivery times, reception and assortment of of brands such as: “Zenú”, “Rica Rondo”, and “Suizo” in the ten “Alma - cenes La 14 S.A.” stores, looking forward to ensure the best service for the final consumer. The result of this experience helped generate a collective knowledged, which allowed everyone to identify improvement opportunities in their logistics operations. This article presents a success story based on the application of the principle of collaboration in last mile processes.
