Structure of the nanomaterials have been confirmed using XRD analysis. Metal oxide vibration have been identified and assigned to the vibrational band. Morophology of the prepared nanomaterials have been investigated in the SEM images. Optical band of the materials have been calculated using Tauc’s relation from the UV-Vis spectrum.
