摘要
我们调查的目的是为 TVS N Torq Scooty 设计制动转子并制作模型。TVS N Torq 制动转子的厚度和直径都有所减小,以减轻重量,同时也是为了获得更好的效果。在本作品中,我们使用达索 SOLIDWORKS 对制动转子进行了设计、建模和分析。经过一系列分析,我们得出了以下数值:应力(1.742e+08 N/m2)、位移(1242.8mm)和安全系数(2.2)值均在允许范围内。
