In the sixth month of follow-up, the patient presented a paraparesis, and a distant recurrence at T7-T8 was detected. The patient was treated with gross-total resection of the tumor through a laminectomy. The histopathological results were consistent with an isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) wildtype GBM metastasis. The patient was treated with multimodal therapy, including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. With a view to attracting an international audience of both readers and writers, Neurochirurgie especially welcomes articles in English, and gives priority to original studies. Other kinds of article - reviews, case reports, technical notes and meta-analyses - are equally published. Every year, a special edition is dedicated to the topic selected by the French Society of Neurosurgery for its annual report.
