摘要

为保证立模浇注机浇注的稳定性,提高浇注质量,针对电液伺服系统传统的主动干扰抑制控制(ADRC)的非线性函数不平滑的问题,采用了新型的非线性函数。针对 ADRC 控制器调节参数过多、工程调优复杂的问题,采用蛇形优化(SO)算法对控制器参数进行自适应调优,同时还能减小误差。仿真结果表明,与 PID 控制器和传统 ADRC 控制器相比,基于 Ifal 函数和 SO 的 ADRC 控制器具有一定的抖动抑制效果和良好的跟踪同步性能,能有效提高电液伺服系统双液压缸的跟踪同步精度。
