The research method uses a quantitative approach with the Quasi Experimental Design, the One Group Pre-Test and Post-test Design research design. The sampling technique in this research is Purposive Sampling and the researchers obtained six pupils. In the data collection method used is by elevating student engagement. Then in the analysis techniques using presentation analysis and T-Test for Paired Sample. Group counselling activities were carried out with mindfulness based art therapy techniques divided into 9 sessions with evaluation at the last meeting. The results of the study showed that group counselling services using art therapy techniques were effective in improving student engagement, this was proven by the T-Test for Paired Sample with a value of t= -27,732 and a significance of 0,000<0,5 and the Effect Size calculation obtained a result of 11,406 >1,00 which belongs to the category of strong effects. (strong effect). 摘要
本研究旨在测试使用艺术治疗技术(即正念艺术治疗)进行团体辅导服务的有效性。研究方法采用了定量方法,即准实验设计、一组前测和后测设计研究设计。本研究的抽样技术是有目的抽样,研究人员获得了 6 名学生。在数据收集方法上,采用了提高学生参与度的方法。然后,在分析技术中使用了演示分析和配对样本 T 检验。小组辅导活动以正念艺术治疗技术为基础,共分为 9 次,并在最后一次会议上进行评估。研究结果表明,使用艺术治疗技术的团体辅导服务能有效提高学生的参与度,这一点在配对样本的 T 检验中得到了证明,t 值= -27,732,显著性为 0,0001,00,属于强效应类别。(强效应)。因此可以得出结论,使用艺术治疗技术提供团体辅导服务对提高坤甸第22州立中学九年级学生的参与度具有非常强的效果。
