It follows quantitative methodology by employing a questionnaire survey and subsequent multiple regression analysis. The findings suggest a strong and statistically significant impact of QWL dimensions on organizational commitment. The results highlight a predominantly positive perception of QWL among managers, coupled with a favorable view of organizational commitment. Another finding depicts academy tends to opt for position replacement over termination, thereby nurturing a strong sense of commitment in terms of employees. This research implies that the organization tends to replace positions instead of terminating employees in the face of work challenges suggesting a commitment to employee’s QWL.
