Algorithms have been written to determine the controllability and observability of optimal control systems using the MATLAB programming language, and new techniques have been developed to deal with them. In addition, a critical test was created in which the state variables of the system or, more precisely, their corresponding states were split together, illustrating this with more than one example. Divided into four groups in a linear manner, as the article explains.
