ON THE ISSUE OF DETERMINING THE LEGAL STATUS OF MODULAR ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES

Цель работы – выявить проблему предоставления льготных кредитов на строительство мо- дульных отелей, которая заключается в отсутствии законодательного определения понятия «модульный отель» и нормативной классификации данного вида размещения, что затрудняет правовое регулирование в сфере кредитования. The purpose of the work is to identify the problem of providing preferential loans for the construction of modular hotels, which lies in the lack of a legislative definition of the concept of «modular hotel» and a regulatory classification of this type of accommodation, which complicates legal regulation in the field of lending.
