As an important instrument of Turkey's foreign policy, TIKA plays a critical role in promoting cooperation, development and cultural exchange with partner countries around the world. Through a historical analysis of TIKA's establishment, mandate and early initiatives, this study provides insights into its evolving role within Turkey's diplomatic apparatus. By examining the expansion of TIKA's activities, shifts in focus areas and strategic priorities over time, this paper assesses TIKA's impact on promoting Turkey's interests and strengthening Turkey's image abroad.
