In the Social Welfare Institutions in the Malang Regency, this study seeks to ascertain and examine the relationship between employee engagement and burnout, with work stress serving as a mediating variable. 22 Social Welfare Institutions make up the study’s sample. In this study, researchers used a sample of 66 carers. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool was employed in this study’s analysis. The gathering of information technique was conducted by a questionnaire.
