PROSPERO registration number: CRD42021210830.</p>\n </section>\n \n <section>\n \n <h3> Results</h3>\n \n <p>A total of 15 original articles involving 2849 individuals were included in this meta-analysis, comprising five studies on concentration, nine studies on methylation alterations, and one study on mutation biomarkers of cfDNA. Among these studies, seven selected early-stage GC subjects. Gastric cancer detection based on cell-free DNA in blood: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Objective
