In this work, five impeller models with different blade wrap angles (85°, 95°, 105°, 115°, and 125°) are established on the condition of other impeller parameters remain unchanged, whose external characteristic, internal flow, and wear were analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results show that the influence of blade wrap angle on efficiency is more significant than head, has a certain effect on the internal flow field of the centrifugal pumps and effects the wear position of pressure surface.
