Data was collected using online surveys through Google Form as a self-reporting tool. The statistical analysis of the data was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This analytical approach enabled the researchers to explore the connections between variables and evaluate the mediating effects, offering valuable insights into the influence of spiritual leadership and workplace spirituality on organizational commitment. Findings - The research findings provide confirmation that both spiritual leadership and workplace spirituality have a positive influence on organizational commitment. Additionally, the results emphasize the significant role of workplace spirituality as a mediator in the connection between spiritual leadership and organizational commitment. When leaders foster an environment that values spiritual principles such as integrity, empathy, and shared purpose, employees feel more connected, motivated, and committed to achieving the organization’s goals. This alignment between personal values and organizational vision contributes to a harmonious workplace where commitment thrives.
