Based on the Lidar system, this paper presents a delay line interpolation time interval measurement technology suitable for Lidar system distance measurement by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various time interval measurement techniques. The method has the advantages of small measurement error, high precision, stable and efficient, and simple design.
