Evaluation and management is difficult due to complex pathophysiology involved.\nTraditionally echocardiography helps to assess these patients non-invasively before they are taken to cardiac catheterization laboratory.\nSpeckle tracking echocardiography (STE) is an evolving modality by which more accurate assessment of left ventricular (LV) function can be done.
