: Since 2009 when Sichuan University started to implement the Top-notch Undergraduate Training Program (Top-notch Program for short) in Chemistry, a relatively comprehensive scheme of international training has been established and progress has been made. University Chemistry is an educational research academic journal supervised by the Ministry of Education and co-sponsored by Peking University and the Chinese Chemical Society.
