Seminar hypnomotivasi bertujuan agar siswa dapat menggunakan metode sederhana dan dapat dilaksanakan dimanapun, sehingga siswa dapat lebih tenang saat menjelang ujian atau saat ujian dan pada akhinya siswa dapat menyelesaikan tiap ujian dengan tenang dan hasil yang memuaskan. Metode yang digunakan adalah seminar, diskusi, tanya jawab dan demonstrasi hypnomotivasi dan menggunakan desain pre dan post test pengukuran motivasi dengan diberikan intervensi pendidikan kesehatan dan simulasi hypnoterapy. Hasil didapatkan seminar dan demonstrasi diikuti oleh 60 siswa, pada tangal 18 April 2018 di ruangan Laboratorium SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin III dan diketahui motivasi sebelum sebesar 98.68 dan setelah terapi hypnomotivasi nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah 115.3 dengan p.value 0.00. Disimpulkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat perubahan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah di berikan seminar dan terapi hypnomotivasi belajar menghadapi ujian akhir semester SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin III. \n \nThe calm and emotional condition that is controlled by each individual can think more objectively in every exam that is faced, it does not rule out the possibility of going through the final semester examination stages, good motivation will reduce anxiety facing the end of the semester exam, this is also experienced by students of SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin III. Hypnomotivation seminar aims to enable students to use simple methods and can be carried out anywhere, so that students can be more calm when approaching exams or during exams and in the end students can complete each test with calm and satisfying results. The methods used are seminars, discussions, questions and answers and demonstrations of hypnomotivation and use pre and post test designs of motivational measurements by providing health education interventions and hypnotating simulations. The results obtained were attended by seminars and demonstrations by 60 students, on April 18, 2018 in the Laboratory Room of SMA Plus Negeri 2 Banyuasin III and the motivation known before was 98.68 and after hypnotivation therapy the average value of student motivation was 115.3 with p.value 0.00.
