Social factors such as social stigma and cultural norms, along with psychological factors like societal expectations, emerge as major barriers.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Research limitations/implications</h3>\n<p>The findings have implications for policymakers, practitioners, and academics in designing interventions to address social and psychological barriers effectively.
