Chest skiagram revealed Hampton’s hump and ultrasound venous Doppler revealed deep vein thrombosis of the left leg. His computed tomography pulmonary angiogram revealed pulmonary embolism. Due to unusual presentation work up was done and we found positive anti cardiolipin antibody, lupus anticoagulant and anti β 2 glycoprotein antibody.
