Meanwhile, the results of the Chi Square Test showed a relationship between thrombocytosis and histopathological type in the subjects (p=0.036). \nConclusion: Preoperative thrombocytosis is associated with the histopathological type of epithelial ovarian cancer at dr. 摘要

摘要目的调查坤甸 Soedarso 地区综合医院上皮性卵巢癌患者术前血小板增多的临床病理情况。研究方法从 2022 年 1 月至 2022 年 3 月的三个月内进行横断面回顾性研究，并使用 Chi-Square 检验法进行双变量分析。结果共有28名受试者符合纳入标准，其中19名受试者出现血小板增多（67.9%），9名受试者未出现血小板增多（32.1%）。同时，Chi Square 检验结果显示，血小板增多与受试者的组织病理学类型之间存在关系（P=0.036）。结论在坤甸苏达索地区综合医院，术前血小板增多与上皮性卵巢癌的组织病理学类型有关。关键词：上皮性卵巢癌、组织病理学、分期、血小板增多
