摘要
本研究采用定性文献综述法。文献综述是通过阅读国际和国内期刊上的各种资料进行的。文献综述的结果发现，印度尼西亚的教育，尤其是 3T 地区的教育质量仍然较低。本研究旨在通过更详细地解释 3T 理论，深入了解 3T 地区的教育质量：3T（Tertinggal, Terdepan dan Terluar）地区的定义、印尼教育质量低下的指标、提高3T地区教育质量的程序以及提高3T地区教育质量的策略。
