摘要

食品添加剂一般是为了增加食品的营养价值、改善食品的美观和感官价值以及延长食品的保质期。滥用食品添加剂会危害消费者,如在食品中添加硼砂和甲醛。这项社区服务活动旨在利用实验室实验方法,增加小学生对危险的 BTP 的了解。结果显示,学生对危险食品添加剂的认识有所提高。
