本文对现代条件下雇主主动终止劳动合同时劳动关系的稳定性进行了评估。文章指出了 21 世纪事件的四个阶段,这四个阶段直接决定了在俄罗斯联邦以及外国与主动雇主终止劳动合同时劳动关系的稳定性。作者得出结论,为了保持劳动力市场可持续的经济稳定,国家不仅要对生产者,也要对雇主采取支持措施。

This article assesses the stability of labor relations in modern conditions upon termination of an employment contract at the initiative of the employer.
