The method used in this research is Change Detection and Thresholding and satellite image digitization, to assess the accuracy of the data in accordance with the situation in the field, an accuracy test analysis is carried out using overall accuracy. The results showed that 1) based on the results of the analysis, the flood area on January 06, 2022 was 15.5 hectares and on February 06, 2022 was 146.32 hectares, 2) the number of buildings affected by flooding in 2022 in Sungai Serut Subdistrict was 425 buildings spread across each urban village with different numbers of buildings. Surabaya Village is the area with the highest number of buildings affected by flooding, around 343 buildings. 摘要

Sungai Serut 分区是明古鲁市洪水发生最为频繁的分区之一。本研究的目标是:1)分析洪水灾害,确定 2022 年 1 月 6 日和 2022 年 2 月 6 日 Sungai Serut 分区的洪水区域范围;2)确定 2022 年 Sungai Serut 分区受洪水影响的建筑物数量。本研究采用的方法是变化检测和阈值处理以及卫星图像数字化,为了根据实地情况评估数据的准确性,使用总体准确性进行了准确性测试分析。结果表明:1)根据分析结果,2022 年 1 月 6 日的洪灾面积为 15.5 公顷,2022 年 2 月 6 日的洪灾面积为 146.32 公顷;2)2022 年 Sungai Serut 分区受洪灾影响的建筑物数量为 425 栋,分布在每个城中村,建筑物数量各不相同。泗水村受洪水影响的建筑物数量最多,约为 343 栋。数据准确度测试结果显示,总体准确度值为 97.11%。
