Measurement of Antioxidant Activity Against Superoxide Radical Anions by Sonochemiluminescence
This paper, for the first time, reports on an alternative method for measuring the free radical-scavenging properties of phenolic compounds, specifically against superoxide anion radicals (O2•−) by sonochemiluminescence (SCL) of lucigenin (Luc2+).
