PSTTs occur in women of childbearing age and most of them have strong desire to preserve fertility. PSSTs are tumors with unpredictable biological behavior, high chemo-resistance and possibly fatal outcome in case of metastatic disease.Hysterectomy is the primary treatment of choice in early disease.
