на-population (territories) of their states from emergency situations of various directions.因此,民防领域管理人员的建设和运作经验对乌克兰是有益的,并将有助于提高民防部门在和平时期和战争时期的效率。论文认为,民防领域人事政策的关键作用在于人员培训、民防领域专业人员的参与、使用定性和操作工具研究工作差距和消除差距的方法。重点是应急和救援服务人员、其他志愿组织人员和专业人员。
