Public choice theory primarily features the analysis and discourse of political activities through economic analysis theory. Therefore, this paper, based on theories such as the attributes of public goods, the economic agent hypothesis, and government failure, focuses on elucidating the internal issues of schools, provision, and management in vocational education.
