摘要

本研究旨在确定工作纪律和工作量对员工绩效的影响。本研究以 PT Gala Karya 公司项目部的员工为研究对象,采用饱和抽样技术,即对整个人口进行抽样,从而获得 60 个受访者的样本量。本研究采用调查法收集数据,并使用偏最小二乘法作为数据分析工具。研究结果发现,工作纪律对员工绩效有影响,员工的工作纪律越好,员工的绩效就越高,工作量对员工绩效也有显著影响,员工的工作量越大,员工的绩效就越低。
