The results of the study have clearly shown that application of chemical fertilizer up to 100% RDF increased all the quality attributes (pungency, chlorophyll content and TSS), NPK and S content and uptake and availability of N, P and K in soil after harvest the crop. With application of FYM @ 25 t ha-1 significantly improved all quality attributes (Allyl propyl disulphide, chlorophyll and TSS), N, P, K and S content and uptake and availability of N, P and S in soil after harvest the crops.
