The population in this study is insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2022 with a sample of 17 companies. Data analysis in this study used a simple linear regression test and moderating regression analysis. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test in this study shows that investment decisions have a significant effect on financial distress. This study aims to determine the effect of Investment Decisions on Financial Distress with Managerial Ownership as a moderation variable.
