The purpose of the article. To develop an energy management system for the residential complex “Panorama” in Dnipro city. The work was carried out within the framework of the international project PRECEPT [1] under HORIZON 2020 programme. Conclusions. An energy management system for a residential complex based on monitoring of climate and air quality parameters is proposed.
