S.","doi":"10.61868/njhe.v13i10.322","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"The study examined the adoption and integration of digital tools in Home Economics practice in Abia State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select all the lecturers and technologists of Home Economics in the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire which was validated by experts in the area of Home Economics. The data was analysed using frequency, percentage, mean and Standard deviation. The results showed that the majority of the professionals adopted and integrated digital tools into the practice. Additionally, the majority of the lecturers found digital tools to be extremely helpful and believed that they have positive impacts on the teaching and learning outcomes.
