In this context, it aims to make a bibliometric analysis by examining the postgraduate theses published in the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Institution on the subject of job satisfaction in the field of tourism. For these purposes, 103 postgraduate theses opened to access were accessed and the data obtained were analyzed with statistical programs.
