Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome complicating infective endocarditis - case report.

A 37-year-old lady with infective endocarditis of the mitral valve presented in congestive cardiac failure. However, the clinical scenario became complicated when she was also found to have antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
