The subject of the study was the capital construction object “Peter Stolypin Business house”, located at 8B, 50 let Oktyabrya Street, Tyumen, RF. In order to carry out the facade survey of the mentioned building, a number of measuring works was done using a ground-based laser scanning device Faro Focus S350. As a result, a general technological scheme was created for collecting, processing, modeling and visualizing the data in special software products for creating a three-dimensional space of the territory, which enables forming similar BIM models of various real estate objects.
