Additionally, social role theory (SRT) was used to examine whether gender acts as a boundary condition in the proposed relationship.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Design/methodology/approach</h3>\n<p>Empirical evidence was based on responses from 220 final-year students registered from a final-year entrepreneurship module at a private university in Malaysia. The hypothesised relationships were tested using Model 7 of the PROCESS macro.</p><!--/ Abstract__block -->\n<h3>Findings</h3>\n<p>The findings indicated that subjective norms had a weak but positive effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of Malaysian students. Moreover, ESE was found to mediate the relationship between subjective norms and entrepreneurial intentions. 摘要
目的 本研究采用制度创业观,旨在探讨创业自我效能感(ESE)在马来西亚学生主观规范与创业意向 之间的潜在中介作用。此外,本研究还采用了社会角色理论(SRT)来检验性别是否在所提出的关系中起到边界条件的作用。设计/方法/途径实证研究以马来西亚一所私立大学的毕业班创业模块的 220 名毕业班学生的回答为基础。研究结果研究结果表明,主观规范对马来西亚学生的创业意向有微弱但积极的影响。此外,还发现 ESE 能够调节主观规范与创业意向之间的关系。通过将 SRT 与制度理论相结合,本研究试图通过调查和实证探索性别对 ESE 在主观规范与创业意向之间的中介效应的调节作用,从而填补现有文献中的知识空白。
Subjective norms towards entrepreneurship and Malaysian students’ entrepreneurial intentions: does gender matter?
