The research method uses qualitative and quantitative\napproaches to integrate ecological, economic, and social aspects in the\nmulticriteria analysis. The analysis involves land evaluation, subcriteria\nidentification, and data integration using Multidimensional Scaling and\nAnalytical Hierarchy Process methods to prioritize developing sustainable corn\nagricultural areas. Based on the results of the RAP-Corn analysis, it indicates\nthat the ecological dimension depicts less sustainability. The AHP results\nyield weight distribution and highly relevant scores that describe tangible\npreferences.
