The article first analyzes the existing heterogeneous cellular network architecture scheme, and describes a new cognitive heterogeneous cellular network scenario based on this. According to the described characteristics of the network scene, a network resource management scheme that conforms to this scene is studied. It can use mathematical optimization theory to re-model and analyze the above-mentioned scenarios and resource management schemes, and propose a resource allocation algorithm (optimization algorithm) to realize the effective allocation of network resources. 摘要
