The authors have developed an e-assessment system named as QuizopediaPlus for visually impaired students. This paper describes in detail the design, development and functionality of QuizopediaPlus, a quiz platform focused towards users with visual impairment. The platform is focused on enabling the visually impaired users to attempt quizzes seamlessly, efficiently and independently on a web portal; fueling empowerment and independence during the process. This research provides a viable platform for conducting quizzes and tests.
