Dayup Indo Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 38 employees of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between work discipline on the work productivity of PT. Dayup Indo Jakarta and work discipline have a moderate positive effect and have an influence contribution of 31.6% on employee work productivity variables. 摘要
本研究的目的是确定工作纪律对 PT.Dayup Indo Jakarta 公司工作效率的影响。本研究采用定量描述性方法，通过发放调查问卷和图书馆数据来收集数据。本研究采用饱和抽样法，共抽取了 PT.Dayup Indo Jakarta 公司的 38 名员工，使用简单线性回归数据分析技术。研究结果表明，工作纪律对雅加达大洋洲印尼有限公司的工作效率有影响，而工作纪律对雅加达大洋洲印尼有限公司的工作效率也有影响。工作纪律对雅加达大邑印多公司员工的工作效率有一定的积极影响，对员工工作效率变量的影响贡献率为 31.6%。本研究的结果有望为今后的研究做出贡献。
