在学生的学习过程中,教师的能力当然非常重要。本研究采用描述性设计,旨在描述教师能力在学生学习过程中的作用。本研究的对象是新加拉亚第一小学(SMK N 1 Singaraja)的 30 名教师。本研究的目的是描述在学生学习过程中,能力在提高教师绩效方面的作用。本研究使用的数据收集工具包括观察、半结构化访谈和文件。研究结果表明,教学能力、个性能力、专业能力和社交能力在提高教师在学生学习过程中的表现方面发挥着重要作用。)
