{"title":"工作纪律和工作能力对 Musi Banyuasin 区人员编制和发展机构(Bkpsdm)员工绩效的影响","authors":"Neti Erlina, Avissa Calista","doi":"10.51877/mnjm.v6i2.328","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"Abstract \n \nThe Personnel and HR Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Musi Banyuasin Regency was formed through Regional Regulation Number 22 of 2010 as a Government Implementing Element that is directly familiar with all matters of the Musi Banyuasin Regency Government in the Field of Personnel and Training as per the Regional Regulation. The data processing technique for this research used the SPSS version 19 computer. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). 摘要 Musi Banyuasin 区人事和人力资源发展局(BKPSDM)是根据 2010 年第 22 号地区法规成立的,作为一个政府执行部门,它直接负责 Musi Banyuasin 区政府在人事和培训领域的所有事务。本研究的数据处理技术使用的是 SPSS 19 版计算机。采用的研究方法是定量描述法。数据收集技术包括问卷调查、观察和记录。数据分析采用了有效性检验、可靠性检验、经典假设检验、多元线性回归、相关系数和假设检验(t 检验和 F 检验)。研究结果表明,工作纪律和工作能力对绩效有影响。工作纪律和工作能力这两个变量对绩效的影响占 64.3%,其余 35.7%则受本研究未考察的变量影响。关键词纪律 能力 绩效
