According to the research there is a correlation between salary and productivity of 0.561, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05; the correlation between work discipline and productivity is 0.528, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05; and the correlation between work competition and productivity is 0.528, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Compensation, discipline, and job competition have a small but significant impact on employee productivity, with tcount values of 3.684 for compensation, 3.011 for discipline, and 2.867 for job competition. 摘要
